We're a coordination point, not a plumbing firm in the traditional sense. Tell us what's wrong and where, and we find an independent plumbing company from our local network that can reach you and is suited to the job. No plumber on our own payroll ever gets sent out, and we never touch a spanner ourselves.
The Company That Does the Work
Whichever partner company takes your job runs its own business entirely separately from ours — think of us as the switchboard, not the workshop. The contract for the plumbing itself sits between you and them, not us. They set their own price in writing, carry out the repair, and bill you directly once it's done. Any guarantee on their work comes from them, on whatever terms they choose to offer.
Money and Payment
Not a penny of what you pay for plumbing passes through our hands. Whatever a repair, install or inspection costs, that goes straight to the company that turned up and did it, under whatever payment terms the two of you settle on. Got a query about a bill? Take it up with them first.
Getting a Price
The partner company sets the price, not us, and you'll see it in writing before a spanner comes out. We won't quote a job, promise a number, or guess a timeframe on this site or down the phone. If you want to check a written quote before agreeing to anything, ask the company to talk you through it.
When Something Goes Wrong

Where Our Responsibility Ends
All we're on the hook for is taking your call or form and setting up a booking with a partner company. Nothing here touches your statutory rights under UK consumer law — those stand regardless.
